Guide for buyers
Where to buy directly from Thai producers, online
No middlemen, no anonymous brands. On Trofika every product carries the name of the person who grew or made it, their province, and a conversation with them before and after the order.

The short answer
Trofika is an online farmers' market for Thailand. Producers from every region list their own products at their own prices. You order directly from them, pay them directly, usually by PromptPay, and receive the goods the way you agree with them.
Trofika is not a supermarket or a reseller. It does not hold your money and does not put its own label on anything.
What you will find
Rice and flours, seasonal fruit such as mango, durian, longan and mangosteen, vegetables and herbs, coffee and tea from the north, honey, eggs, cacao, coconut sugar, chilli pastes and sauces, and dried goods. Packaged goods travel to every province. Fresh produce comes mostly from producers near you.

Bank transfer

Cash
On pickup or hand delivery.
How you receive it
Courier
Kerry, Flash, J&T or Thailand Post, to your door. You agree the cost with the producer.
Same-day in your city
Grab or Lalamove for fresh produce from a producer near you.
Pickup from the producer

How you know you are talking to the producer
Every store has a name, a province and a description written by the producer. Buyers who completed an order leave a review, and the producer can reply in public.
When you pay by PromptPay or transfer, your bank shows the account holder's name before you confirm. If it does not match the store, do not pay and ask in the chat. Listings with advertising copy or links to other shops are not published.
Frequently asked questions
Is it free for buyers?
Yes. You pay the producer's price and, if you choose card, a small service fee shown before payment. Shipping costs are agreed with the producer.
Can I order from a producer in another province?
Yes, if the product travels. Rice, coffee, honey and other packaged goods ship across Thailand. For fresh produce, prefer producers near you.
What if the producer does not answer?
The order stays pending and you can cancel it whenever you like. You have paid nothing until it is accepted.
Can I change the payment method after the order is accepted?
Yes. From the order page you pick another method among those the producer accepts, and they are told straight away.
Can I order for a restaurant or a shop?
Yes. Many producers offer a lower price for larger quantities. You see it on the product, and you can ask for a quote inside the order.
What about returns if something is not right?
You talk to the producer directly inside the order. Most sort it out the same day, because their name is on the product.
