Only about 9 kg of starch can be obtained from 60 kg of root, making it a rare and valuable ingredient. In Japanese cooking, kudzu starch is used to thicken sauces, soups, and desserts, and to create a variety of textures, especially in summer dishes. Our kudzu is imported from a traditional Japanese manufacturer with centuries of history. The extraction and production process takes place outdoors during the coldest season to ensure the highest quality.
