Our gelatin is sourced from grass-fed cattle raised on open pasture in the Inner Mongolia grasslands, without exposure to chemical feeds or industrial contaminants. Manufacturing process: gelatin from cowhide undergoes enzymolysis, nano-filtration, sterilization, and drying. Storage: keep in a cool, dark place and reseal after each use. Usage: hydrate gelatin using about one quarter of the recipe's liquid, then let it sit for five minutes. It begins to melt at 35°C and can be heated up to 60°C; do not let it boil. Add salt or sweeteners once it has melted. Suitable for use in pet food as well. Suggested serving sizes for dogs: 5 to 10 kg, up to half a teaspoon twice daily; 10 to 20 kg, up to one teaspoon twice daily; 20 to 35 kg, up to two teaspoons twice daily; 35 to 45+ kg, up to one tablespoon twice daily.
