How do I list a product?
Go to /seller/products and click "Add Product". Fill in the details, upload at least one photo, and publish.
How do buyers pay me?
Trofika supports three payment methods. For card payments, connect your Stripe account at /seller/payments — buyers pay via Stripe and the money is deposited to your bank account. For bank transfers, add your IBAN at /seller/payments so buyers can transfer directly to you. For cash on delivery, you collect payment in person when delivering.
How do I transfer an order to another farmer?
Open the order in /seller/orders and click "Transfer Order". Enter the other farmer's phone or email — they will be notified to accept.
I forgot my password — what now?
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page. We will email you a reset link. If you signed up with Google, just log in with Google again.
When will I receive my first Stripe payment?
For your first orders paid by card, Stripe holds the funds for approximately 7 days as standard security verification for new accounts. After that, payouts arrive in your bank account within 1-2 business days via SEPA — so your first payment lands roughly 8-10 days after the buyer pays. Once you have a few successful orders behind you, this hold drops to 1-2 days. To check your balance, next payout date, and account status at any time, go to /seller/payments and click "Open Stripe". If Stripe requests additional verification documents (such as a photo ID), submit them immediately to avoid payment delays.
